Due to the highly sensitive nature of these cases, we strictly adhere to all guidelines set forth by current public policy, and we abide by all owner requirements and preferences. Whenever and wherever feasible, Eleos PM seeks to staff selected teams and projects from the local community, giving preference to certain displaced and at-risk individuals. This includes our Good Neighbor Project which provides, with owner approval, property beautification and light landscaping to the neighbors of Eleos properties at no cost to them.
